Awakening of the Sacred Body Level 2

The practice of Tsa Lung, which is part of the so-called Tibetan Yoga, and its three levels external, internal and secret, is an ancient meditation practice in which the movements of the body, breathing and mind are integrated together. Its benefits for health and mood are known and proven by recent scientific research. It is a profound yet simple spiritual practice, capable of promoting a process of transformation and inner healing in our lives. In “Awakening of the Sacred Body Level 2”, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche will transmit teachings related to Secret Tsa Lung and deepen the healing practice of Sacred Breath.
It is not necessary to have attended Level 1 to participate.

Language
The teachings will be taught in English with translation into Spanish.
Meeting Location and How to Get There
The Teaching will be held at:

By BUS:
Take bus number 661 in Moncloa (Transport Interchange) and get off at "Urb. Los Escoriales – Calle Juliana". The house is a 5 minute walk away.
By Train (Renfe CERCANÍAS):
Line C3a, "El Escorial" stop. Leave the station on the left, go up Calle de Santa Rosa until the first traffic light; continue right onto Avenida Reyes Católicos. La Casa is a 10-minute walk away.

May 23-26, 2024
Reception and registration of participants: Thursday, May 23rd from 5pm.
Start: The teachings will begin on Friday, at 10:00 am.
End: will end on Sunday, May 26th, after lunch.
Cost of Teachings
€100 for the full 3-day course - if you book before April 30th - €130 from May 1st.
It will be paid in CASH upon arrival, on Thursday afternoon, before dinner. It is managed by Ligmincha Spain.The cost of teaching is not included in the cost of accommodation and meals, which are paid separately when registering in advance. Accommodation and meals
The menu will be vegetarian for all participants who include meal options in their registration.
Meal times: Breakfast: 9:00 am Lunch: 2:00 pm Dinner: 8:30 pm
Take with you:
Personal hygiene products must be brought by each participant.
The rooms have bed linen, towels and soap.
Bring your own meditation mat and cushion. The room doesn't have them.

Before completing and sending it, 100% of the reservation must be paid by BANK TRANSFER to Caixabank (IBAN: ES31 2100 5731 7202 0021 2239).
- To register you must pay and send the completed form, it is not enough to do just one of the two things.
- A form must be filled out for each participant.
- If you are sharing a room, you can indicate your roommate's details on the form.
- The price for registering using the form above includes accommodation and meals only. The teachings are paid in CASH to the coordinating members of Ligmincha Spain on the day of arrival, Thursday, May 23rd, from 5pm in the afternoon.
Accommodation options include all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
All options, with and without accommodation, include coffee/tea at afternoon break.
