"We sleep one third of our lives, an average of twenty to twenty five years. Centuries ago, Tibetan yogis developed spiritual practices that use dreaming and sleep as a spiritual path." Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche

The Dream Yoga is a practice that encompasses every moment of life, awake and asleep. It is a powerful awakening tool, used for hundreds of years by the great masters of the tibetan traditions. The foundational practices, done during the day, change the practitioner's relationship to all experiences, developing awareness and realizing the dreamlike nature of life, leading to lucidity in dreams that are then used for higher spiritual practices. Unlike the Western psychological approach to dreams, the ultimate goal of Tibetan Dream Yoga is the recognition of the nature of mind and enlightenment itself.
